Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR · Rural livelihoods · India

Crafting stronger livelihoods, together.

A long-term commitment to skilled artisans, rural craftspeople and women-led groups across Rajasthan and India—supporting dignified earning opportunities while valuable craft knowledge continues.

Our purpose

Skill, dignity and choice.

Craft carries knowledge, identity and earning potential. Working with an experienced NGO partner, we intend to listen first, build on skills that already exist and connect communities with opportunities that respect their time, agency and cultural heritage.

The programme will be shaped with participating communities—not imposed upon them—and will respond to the practical realities of rural work, household responsibilities and local leadership.

Geographic pathway

Rooted in Rajasthan. Connected across India.

01 · RAJASTHAN Artisan communities & women-led groups
02 · PARTNERSHIP Skills, production readiness & local leadership
03 · ACROSS INDIA Responsible markets & resilient livelihoods

Where we will work

Four connected programme pillars

01

Fair work & market access

Reliable earning opportunities, transparent expectations and responsible routes to customers without hidden costs for makers.

02

Women-led livelihoods

Skills, leadership and access to income designed around local realities and unpaid care responsibilities.

03

Skills & apprenticeships

Practical pathways for experienced makers to pass knowledge forward and younger craftspeople to build viable careers.

04

Community resilience

Stronger local organisations, production readiness and shared problem-solving without communities losing control of their work.

Women at the centre

Income is only one part of agency.

Women-led livelihood work should recognise time, mobility, safety, decision-making and leadership—not simply count participation.

Earning opportunity Leadership Safe participation Collective strength
